Can I exchange an item if it’s the wrong size?
Yes, feel free to swap your item for a different size if it doesn’t fit. Just drop us a mail at wholesale@wonderlandindustry.com and we can fill you in on the process from there.

 

The product I want is no longer in stock, will it be coming back?
Part of the Wonderland Store charm is limited edition products produced in one-off batches. This means that, more often than not, once a product is out of stock it unfortunately won’t be coming back. But fear not, we’re constantly innovating and creating over at HQ so, chances are, there’ll be something bigger and better coming to take it’s place.

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet?
Sometimes the postman can be a little slow, so we ask you to allow 2-3 days each side of the estimated delivery times. If there’s still no treats in your mailbox after this, then please hit us up at wholesale@wonderlandindustry.com and we’ll get our Sherlock on to figure out the problem.

 

Can I place an order online and collect it at the studio?
Absolutely. If you’re ordering from the Amsterdam area or happen to be passing through the city, then we’d love you to drop by our office at 1ste Passeerdersdwarsstraat 74 to collect your order and give us a fist bump.

 

We raden je aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar info@jouwwebwinkel.nl. Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om je geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

Vanaf 15 februari 2016 is het voor consumenten in de EU ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR platform van de Europese Commissie. Dit ODR platform is te vinden op http://ec.europa.eu/odr . Wanneer je klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is dan staat het je vrij om je klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.”
